About Me
I'm a Cloud Solution Architect focused on Azure. Most of my work is with state, local government, and education customers, though not exclusively. That means a lot of conversations about governance, cost control, and getting Azure right in environments where resources are tight and the margin for error is low.
What is this blog about?
Working across a lot of different customers, I've started to notice patterns. Many of the same questions come up, the same things tend to trip people up and good documentation is everywhere but scattered across many sources. This site is my way of ruminating on and explaining the most common topics. I also like to stay current on new trends within Azure so you'll see posts from time to time that help others keep up on, so they, too, can keep up with emerging trends.
Over the years I've run into plenty of blog posts buried deep, deep in my search results that had exactly what I needed in that moment. Someone took the time to write something useful and put it out there and it saved me hours. So this is me returning the favor.
